I build the initial connection with our clients, establish trust, lean into understanding their pain points, and provide a solution to make their business run smoother.
What I do outside of work:
I’m a mommy of a 7-year-old little girl, so much of what I do outside work involves either keeping her entertained or running around with her activities (please get your Girl Scout Cookies here!).
Most rewarding thing about being a part of IJA:
The family atmosphere. As soon as I joined this firm, I could immediately feel the warmth and the “we are one” culture. Everyone here wants one another to win, and that’s rare to find.
Why IJA is different:
IJA is client-focused more than profit-focused. Every time we get together as a firm, it is reiterated we are here to serve and that takes precedence over earning a profit 100% of the time. Relationships are everything.
Best place for thinking:
Anywhere outside and alone. When I’m in the quiet of nature, I can clear my head and think logically.
Favorite pizza toppings:
Jet’s Veggie pizza – so your basic, no meat options. I eat meat, but there’s something about a veggie pizza, especially from Jet’s.

Favorite holiday:
Christmas, hands down! This season is about love, family, and generosity. Although it is typically cold outside, my heart is so warm during this time of year.

Ask for forgiveness. I believe in failing forward. Innovation and creativity can only live in a space where fear is not.
Best advice I’ve ever received:
People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
