What I do for our clients:
I actually have the best clients; the IJA team! Each day looks different however, my goal is to help elevate those around me and support their growth. Focusing on EQ, I provide coaching and collaborate with team members and leaders to help create a path forward.
What I do outside of work:
I love being creative through interior decorating or repurposing furniture. I also try to spend as much time by the water as possible and you’ll more than likely find me lost in a great book.
Most rewarding thing about being a part of IJA:
The people! Everyday I see passionate team members providing next level support to clients (whether internal or external) and the care that drives them.

My grandmother –“You’re weird, kid, and I love it. Don’t change for anyone. Now, if you beat me at another game of Chinese checkers, you’re sleeping outside.”

My dog, solo traveling, reading, vintage Bordeaux, laughing, Great Lakes or the ocean, a good steak
