Each month during our all-hands meeting, we feature one employee who has truly embodied one of our values—grit, family, next level, and integrity. We ask that person to choose a charity and we donate $1000 on their behalf. It’s our way of saying “thank you” and giving back to causes that our team is passionate about.
This month, Jonathon Campbell, one of our Workday® Analysts, embodied grit. He is continuously giving it his all for our clients—anticipating their needs, walking alongside them, and smiling through any challenge he is faced with.
Jonathon chose to donate to the Ruth Ellis Center:
“I wanted to donate to an organization local to Detroit. With the pandemic impacting many people in more ways than we ever imagined, I chose to donate to the Ruth Ellis Center, an organization that provides services to LGBTQ+ youth with housing, health and wellness, workforce development, and more. Being part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I have volunteered and given to the Ruth Ellis Center in the past. Watching the recipients and board members work tirelessly to make the most of every dollar raised to serve as many people as possible has made me want to continue supporting their mission when I can. The Ruth Ellis Center is also breaking ground this year for a new center that will help to expand services to more of those in need.”
