2022 has been an exciting year for us at IJA Strategies. We turned five!

IJA turns 5

IJA was founded in 2017 by Andrea Chudy, and while we still operate under the same core values, it’s safe to say that things have changed in the past five years.

First of all, our IJA family has grown immensely. Through the years, Andrea and our leadership team have put together the very best group of HR technology experts to best serve our clients. Our people are the heart of our organizationwe are where we are because of them!

We’ve laughed together, we’ve cried together, and…we’ve traveled together! Recently, our team has had retreats in both Cleveland and Detroit, and we’ve attended various conferences to build upon our skill sets, gain industry knowledge, network, and equip ourselves with the tools and resources we need to do our best work.

Speaking of our work, we’ve had many wonderful clients over the past five years! We’ve been lucky enough to expand our services and the industries we work within. All of our clients are unique, talented, and FUN! We are incredibly fortunate to work with them each and every day.

Personally, our team has experienced so much growthaccomplishments, engagements, moving, weddings, children, new petsyou name it! There’s always something exciting happening within our group.

By the way, did you know that I-J-A stands for Izabela, Joe, and Ameila, Andrea’s three kids? They are now 5, 7, and 8, and are a huge part of our IJA fam!

And finally, we’ve learned. We’ve learned so, so much. Here are five of our biggest takeaways over the past five years:

  1. If we focus on the next right thing every time, things always work out.
  2. IJA Strategies is nothing without the people who work here.
  3. We work really, really hard.
  4. The question behind the question is what we actually solve.
  5. Andrea still truly LOVES supporting her clients and seeing them successful.

Thank you to our clients and partners for helping us get to where we are today. We look forward to seeing what the next five (and 10 and 15!) years bring. Have a joyful holiday season and a happy new year!
