What I do for our clients:
As an experienced team leader, I am dedicated to ensuring that all project deadlines are met by holding teams accountable and staying on top of deliverables. By recognizing potential risks before they become issues, I am able to proactively address them and keep projects on track. With a focus on results and a keen attention to detail, I am committed to delivering high-quality work that exceeds stakeholder expectations.
What I do outside of work:
I spend most of my time with my best friend King (Pitbull), ensuring he lives his best life. I also spend lots of time with my family and love weightlifting with my dad.

The people I work with! I get the privilege of working with some of the smartest people, who astound me daily! The support and knowledge I receive from my IJA family is one-of-a-kind, which in turn, challenges me to grow and permits advancements in my career.
